How to arrive for your session

Please arrive with your hair down, dry, clean and detangled in your favorite wash and go(loose curls) style. Please NO buns, clips, ponytails, braids, or twists. It is best to have your hair shampooed, conditioned and detangled within no less than 1-4 days of your appointment with minimal/light products to ensure the ease of your service. Arriving with your hair properly prepped ensures that your appointment will go smoothly and it's respectful of both your time and mine. If I can't easily detangle in 15-20 minutes, we'll have to reschedule your appointment or increase timing( if allotted) and pricing. Your hair is cut dry to enhance the shape of your natural curls. Your service includes a detox treatment, cleanse, conditioning, hair/scalp treatment, defining of curls and customized education for home-care. This is a packaged service and not simply just a haircut. If it has been more that one year since you have seen me for your last curly cut, you must book a new client session time Please agree that you have read the policies.

Scheduling Instructions: Upon submitting this form, please wait for Brittaney to review your form and reply with your recommended session time via text in 48-72 hours. You may then schedule an appointment with Brittaney when you receive her recommendation via our booking site, or you may text us at 352 290 4079 for availability. All communications will be done via text. New curly cut guests sessions are scheduled 2.5 - 3 hours depending on the length/density of hair and the current condition of your hair. Please note that you are responsible for the amount of time you reserve, so if you are unsure of how much time you need, please text us at 352 290-4079. Deposit/ Cancellation Policy:Please note that a NON-REFUNDABLE, 50% deposit is required upon scheduling and will be deducted from your service at checkout. If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 HOURS before it’s date/ time, the deposit will transfer to your new date/ time, once. Rescheduled appointments must occur within 30 days. If your request to reschedule is outside of that 48 hours or longer window, you will forfeit the deposit, and a new fee will need to be paid to reschedule your appointment. This is salon policy.
